Shipping & Returns

Shipping price is based on your state of residence. Our handling charge includes our special shipping boxes designed to protect your investment. All orders are normally processed within 2 business days from the time the order is received. We ship via Fedex ground. Please allow adequate time for delivery based on your location. All shipments are within the U.S. and only to states that allow wine purchases.

For Wine Club Members Only:

There is no membership fee, monthly dues or cancellation fee. You may cancel at any time after receiving your first two shipments. You will receive 6 (six) shipments each year. Each shipment will average between $35-$95. Plus sales tax and shipment fee. Your MasterCard or Visa will automatically be billed for each shipment. The price will vary with the type and quantity of wine selected. The Wine Club shipments are shipped within the first 15 days of corresponding shipping month (February, April, June, August, November and December). Cancellations can be done via the telephone, fax or email. Any change in your Club status needs to be done two weeks prior to the Club shipping month. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (including returns). Any problems that occur regarding the shipment must be presented to us within 2 weeks of receipt of delivery. Due to state laws prohibiting the shipment of wine across states lines, we cannot accept members from certain states.

Fedex only delivers wine to actual physical addresses where someone 21 or older can sign for the wine. Packages containing alcohol must be signed by an adult (21 or older) or the delivery will not be allowed. Fedex will not leave packages containing alcohol on door steps. Fedex will attempt to deliver packages containing alcohol only 3 times before sending it back to Temecula House of Wine.

To insure a smooth delivery, we recommend you ship to your business or employment address. In this way, you can be sure to be there to personally accept your wine order. If the wine is returned as undeliverable, you have the option of a refund minus shipping charges, or have the items shipped back to you with an added shipping charge.

Because wine is a specialty item, refunds are restricted to unopened bottles of wine. Refunds on the shipping charge are not allowed. In order to receive a refund, email us with your order number, the bottles to be returned and a tracking number from Fedex. We'll handle the rest once the shipment returns. Be sure to insure your package against damage. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
